Friday starts with a new video from Big K.R.I.T. for his song, The Vent. Self explanatory. Hip hop is looking mighty fine this year with Big K.R.I.T., Kendrick Lamar, Yelawolf, J. Cole, Phonte, Elzhi, Rittz and some Grumpy Old Men of course.

One of my favorite “newer” emcees making a buzz lately is Big K.R.I.T. At first, I slept a little bit on dude but after hearing about him through a bunch of different people, I finally checked out his last project, K.R.I.T. Wuz Here. I was very impressed from the first track. K.R.I.T. has that country, southern style, voice and delivery but is sharp lyrically and has the content to make his music relatable. His new project, Return of 4eva just dropped yesterday and sounds really dope. I definitely recommend downloading both of K.R.I.T.’s projects. Return of 4eva sounds like it might be one of the most solid projects of the year. Shout out to Big K.R.I.T. for focusing on the music and lyrics.
