As promised, it’s Big Boi week around these parts.  It’s been several years since I listened to Big Boi’s Purple Ribbon All Stars, Got Purp? Volume 2.  I remember only liking a few songs back when it dropped but Kryptonite made the whole project worthwhile.  Since Got Purp Volume 2, Killer Mike has left Purple Ribbon and changed his name to Mike Bigga, Bubba Sparxxx has disappeared and Janelle Monae also linked with Diddy and dropped her album this year.  Not to mention, Big Boi’s first solo album is the best album to come out in a few years.  I’m not sure what Konkrete has been up too though.  Anyway, just as a refresher, here is the video for Kryptonite.  Goodie Mob also has a joint on this project called Hold On that is pretty dope.
