I’ve never been to an eastside party “well, perhaps but I was so engulfed in the Ol E I never made it to the door,” but I’m sure they are the shit. The Twinz and Snoop made me want to live in the LBC for a long time. They made it seem like the greatest place on earth. I got to figure out how to make Topeka, Kansas sound as cool as Long Beach. Last night, I was in a session with Phys Ed, listening to new beats, going over new songs and listening to samples and he played the original sample for The Twinz, Eastside LB. We started talking about The Twinz and he pulled out a CD booklet and blessed me with an ORIGINAL compact disc of the The Twinz, Conversation. Needless to say(but I’m saying it anyway), I’m jamming The Twinz ALL DAMN DAY. I was really heavy into the west coast music back in “the day” and The Twinz had one of those albums that kind of flew under the radar but I used to listen to a lot. Pretty much anything Death Row touched or was a part of the G Funk sound, I used to listen to tough. The west coast was putting out incredible music for a while. Today is definitely highlighted by the feel good music of The Twinz, Warren G and the G Funk sound. If you’re not familiar with The Twinz, Clinton Sparks yourself. The west coast has soooooooooo much good music. Here is the official video for The Twinz Eastside LB. You can expect The Twinz to resurface again on my site.
